We seek change makers for LEAP
A new leadership programme on human and planetary opportunities, designed for entrepreneurship and systems change in the Baltic Sea region. Aimed at addressing the world’s biggest social and ecological challenges, exploring opportunities to build globally relevant solutions. The Leap learning journey is a Swedish Institute initiative, hosted by Stockholm Resilience Center. In collaboration with Dedicated Institute.

Our society is facing dramatic changes, not only are these challenges on a social level, science indicates that we are transgressing planetary boundaries that have kept civilization safe for the past 11,000 years. What lies ahead now is an opportunity to re-imagine the systems, institutions and economies that govern our world. This journey requires new maps, new mindsets and new tools.
The programme will connect participants to new ways of thinking around agency and systemic change and build capacities to lead in an ever evolving complex world. Participants will learn from some of the most impactful people and solutions in sustainability science, social leadership, self-development, public narrative, tech, entrepreneurship and impact investment.
The LEAP programme seeks future leaders and change makers who have the ambitions and skills to innovate at the system level: highly skilled developers, serial entrepreneurs, creative designers, intrapreneurs, who have new ideas or innovations that they have introduced or want to introduce. Also government officials, financiers, researchers, who work for institutions that enables innovations to flourish.
need to be permanent residents or citizens of one of these countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Sweden or Ukraine. Candidates should be fluent in spoken and written English.

The Leap program is organized as a three-month “mindset expansion” with three in person learning modules:
4–7 Sept 2017 Module 1 – (Stockholm, Sweden)
3–6 Oct 2017 Module 2 – (Stockholm, Sweden)
13–16 Nov 2017 Module 3 – (Tallinn, Estonia)
